2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & CUSTOM BUILDS
2.1 Custom Builds
Due to the bespoke nature of our rigs, build specifications, components and accessories may vary depending on availability and customer requirements.
2.2 Component Changes
We reserve the right to substitute equivalent components (e.g., wheelbases, pedal sets, mounts) of equal or greater value if specific models are out of stock or discontinued. We will notify you if any substantial changes are required.
2.3 Images & Visuals
Images on our site are for illustration purposes only. Actual builds may differ depending on your chosen configuration, available parts, and any customisations requested.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change at any time without notice but will not affect confirmed and paid orders.
3.2 Deposits
Certain custom builds require a non-refundable deposit to secure materials and components. Deposit amounts will be clearly communicated before any order is confirmed.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal (if applicable) and other payment options listed during checkout.
3.4 Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
4.1 Shipping Times
Shipping and build times vary based on the complexity of your rig and component availability. Estimated build times will be provided at checkout or during consultation but are not guaranteed.
4.2 Delivery Responsibility
Once items are handed over to a courier, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping provider. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, third-party suppliers, customs, strikes or other external factors.
4.3 Local Installation
If we offer installation services in your region, these will be quoted separately. You are responsible for ensuring the installation area is safe, accessible and suitable for the rig.
4.4 International Orders
Additional taxes, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These are your responsibility.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
5.1 Change of Mind
Due to the custom-built nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once a build has commenced. Pre-configured products may be eligible for return subject to our inspection and restocking fee.
5.2 Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and a description. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
5.3 Warranty
Many components (e.g., wheelbases, pedals, shifters, displays) are covered under the individual manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you with warranty claims where reasonable.
5.4 Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

• misuse, modification or improper installation

• damage caused by accidents, spills or electrical issues

• wear and tear, cosmetic scratches or minor imperfections

6. USE OF PRODUCTS
By purchasing and using our products, you agree to:

• Follow all manufacturer instructions for hardware and software

• Ensure all equipment is installed safely and securely

• Use the products in a safe, responsible manner
